Officially part of the Phatshoane Henney Group

We are proud to announce that we are officially a part of the Phatshoane Henney Group.
The Phatshoane Henney Group of Associated Law Firms is the largest association of law firms in South Africa. With more than 500 professionals in the group, 50 law firms and 70 offices spread across all 9 provinces, the Group has a national footprint unmatched by any legal organisation in South Africa. It is this size and scale that holds the key to greater value for our clients.
In what way you might ask? As a member firm we have adopted a shared group philosophy that addresses the following principles:
Being client orientated
by prioritising you as the ‘client’ within our firm through a management focus on client satisfaction. This necessitates structures, service levels and training aimed at achieving high staff satisfaction rates and ensuring that our loyal clients receive value from the legal services provided.
Providing specialised legal services
through the offering of legal services, in a way that is expertly managed by professionals that are knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.
Empowering our staff
to develop, be recognised and invested within our firm so that they understand the inter-relationship between staff satisfaction rates and high client service levels.
Championing transformation
through the progressive support of transformation and development within our firm, including compliance with employment equity, skills development and BEE legislation. We strive to be recognised as a member firm that sets the standard in the legal profession for our progressive support of transformation initiatives.
Practicing law in an ethical manner
which ensures not only that we as a firm and our professionals conduct ourselves honestly and with integrity, but also that we are good South African ‘citizens’ by being compliant and supportive of the regulatory requirements of practising law in South Africa.
Being innovative in how we do business.
This requires technological efficiency, effective management and a firm that is responsive to the needs of our clients and changes in the legal environment. Through modernising the practice of law, we also ensure that we remain relevant and able to serve our clients in the long-term.
By subscribing to these key principles, we recognise the importance of a central group philosophy as a uniting factor which underpins the strategic direction and planning of our firm. By focusing on this we will ultimately be able to differentiate ourselves and justify what we believe in to become a new breed of law firm.
As a now official member firm, we look forward to taking our clients on this incredible journey with us and ultimately exceed expectations!
