Administration of Deceased Estates and Wills

The Deceased Estates department comprises of a team of experts who are passionate about the administration of deceased estates and the drafting of wills. We believe in upholding the highest level of honesty, values and transparency. We have a competent, professional and efficient team who are readily available to consult with clients and who are fully conversant with the estate winding up process. Transfer of Property

Our transfer department consists of specialist conveyancing secretaries with many years of experience. Our goal is to always ensure that transactions are dealt with professionally, efficiently and with the least amount of issues as possible and to ensure that the best service is being provided to our clients at all times.

Registration and Cancellation of Bonds

Jan L. Jordaan Inc is a panel attorney of FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank and Nedbank. Upon application for a bond by a client at any of these respective banking institutions, we, as a panel attorney will receive the instruction to attend to the bond registration at the relevant Deeds Registries. Similarly, should a client wish to cancel their bond facility with any of these banking institutions, we as a panel attorney will received the instruction to attend to the cancellation of such bond.

Administration of deceased estates includes advice and guidance, executorships, preparation of all documentation for submission to the Master of the... High Court, preparation of agreements, management of estate assets and liabilities, and all related aspects to ensure a successful administration of a deceased estate.
